    I think/I know this should be 10/15/08

    that would make that banner filled with fail. Thanks for catching it. Unfortunately, I can’t change it right now.

    Looks like a Dungeons & Dragons convention.

    Timothy Domst Says:

    Should I bring my 20, 8, 12 and 6 sided dice?

    If you can’t even remember you’ll need a d4 and a pair of d10’s to roll percentile, you clearly have no idea what a “D&D convention” looks like.

    Beyond that, it seems as if there are women in the photo, so it is fairly certainly not at all like a “D&D conference.”

    Timothy Domst Says:

    I threw my d4 out the window when I stepped on it. You can use a d20 twice for percentile, just use 11-20 as duplicate.

    Jon Splett Says:

    I think this will be the only one I miss. It’s already 8, I’m just finishing up my stories now and I’m suppose to go to the club at 10.

    Someone make smartass remarks under their breath after everything both candidates say in my absence.

    All the cool kids get to go to Coles and I have to stay home. Honestly, I couldn’t stomach McCain’s clawing to stay alive. GO OBAMA! I’m going to bed early. Have fun all.

    Kevin J. Says:

    Actually, Snarky, my wife Val is one of the women in the top photo, and she was a member of the D&D Club at Sweet Home High School. I’m the one in this couple who never played it.

    Snarky Snarkmore McSnarkamaphone Says:

    @Kevin,

    hey, between you and me, I know some excellent women players… but I was workin’ the stereotypes, here.

    @Tim- well, you can use d20s for percent, but a pair of d10s is more elegant. Never liked those ridiculous 100-sided dice, however.
