Sad and disgraceful.

I got that in the mail too - the photo of Powers on the back isn’t even from Tally Ho.
How lame is Davis.

Grumpy Gramps Davis probably holds a grudge against the Tally Ho since he was kicked out of there earlier this year after they hired a Latina dancer.

I bet Robert will have it framed too.

Jack would prefer that the “exploited young women” be herded up and sent out to the farms to pick cotton…or corn…or beans, etc.

The state of NY as well as our community (Buffalo Zoo, Shea’s Perf. Arts Center, SPCA, Art Gallery, Historical Society) don’t seem to have any issues taking money from Rick Snowden. He runs a legitimate business, even though I may not like it. Why shouldn’t he be able to donate money to a candidate who will serve his community well?

I haven’t seen the picture of Jon on the reverse side of the mailer but I would guess it’s that picture of Jon sitting down with his hands in the air and Bills apparel on.
Because it’s not like Western New Yorkers don’t wear Bills apparel 16 weekends a year…
As for my mention, it doesn’t surprise me. I saw this coming weeks ago when Erick Mullen and I engaged in a debate on The Batavian. In fact, I believe he threw that same quote out there. No one really acknowledged it and I defended it.
They are throwing a lot of BS out there to see if anything sticks. So far, they have failed. They are running a very negative campaign and hiding Jack behind the curtains while the other two candidates in the race are out talking to voters, debating and discussing the issues.

By the way, it should be worth noting that Rick Snowden has given multiple times to Hillary Clinton. I don’t see Sen. Clinton returning those contributions.

The National Organization for Women just endorsed Alice Kryzan.
Amherst, NY – Today, the National Organization for Women Political Action Committee announced its endorsement of Alice Kryzan, Democratic candidate for the 26th Congressional
District.
Kim Gandy, Chair of the National Organization for Women PAC, highlighted Alice’s tremendous work on behalf of women;
“Alice has been working to break barriers and advocate for women her whole life. Alice will be a champion for women when she goes to Congress and we look forward to working with her to improve the lives of women and families.”

A PAC supporting Kryzan. How interesting. Read what she said to Jon Powers at SUNY Geneseo during the debate Tuesday night, just 3 days ago:
“I agree we (Powers) agree a lot but one thing I disagree on is you cannot go to Washington having taken hundreds of thousands of dollars from PACS and special interests.”
Is this PAC giving Kryzan money?

This Jack Davis mailer is hilarious. Could be an hour long talk show. In fact it was. I know. Shameless plug. here’s the link –> http://media.libsyn.com/media/scottleffler/Reason_090508.mp3

Hey Leffler - like the radio shows… check out the back ground - it’s not Rick’s Tally Ho.
One of the other bloggers found it was taken off of a Bill’s Backer’s website from when Powers was living in D.C.
Davis must be a Dolphin’s fan!!

questions as accusations. very clever, jerri. of course NOW is very well-known national non-profit that has endorsed candidates in most elections going back to the carter era. you may have missed them, living in buffalo and all. that kryzan is getting money from them is apparently something you’ve totally made up in your head so stop it.

Don’t forget the handicapped !
As far as strip clubs go … the Tally Ho is about on par with Club Chit Chat … and that ain’t saying much.

kryzan likes the dolphins too!
Jerri S. Kaiser Says:September 6th, 2008 at 12:35 pm
Hudson, I was being sincere. At the debate Tuesday night at SUNY Geneseo, which I attended, Kryzan was all over Powers on PACS. It got so bad that the audience began to boo and heckle Kryzan. Then a few days later she accepts the PAC endorsement? To hear her at the debate, you’d have thought she believes PACS are the antithesis of everything she holds dear. Guess someone isn’t as against PACS as she purported to be during the debate. That’s all I’m sayin’. And another thing, I don’t live in Buffalo, but I’ve seen it on TV. Hahaha. Kidding.

Carlsbad, New Mexico (AP) - A spokesman for The Chiroptera Defense League has threatened legal action against online critics of a self-funded millionaire congressional candidate hoping to represent New York State’s 26th Congressional district.
Hanging upside down from the ceiling of Carlsbad Cavern, the spokesman said, “Our excrement is no less sane than that of any other mammal. It is the worst sort of vile characterization to imply that Jack Davis is batshit crazy. Batshit is no crazier than any other.”
In reply, Davis campaign spokesman Luke Vaughn replied, “This sort of accusation is false, doesn’t save jobs, keeps immigrants picking vegetables, and wicky wicky whoo whoo hummina hummina.” When pressed for clarification, Vaughn took a check out of his shirt pocket, showed it to reporters, and said, “Tell me any one of you fuckers wouldn’t defend this crazy son-of-a-bitch for this many zeroes.”
