George Holt Pleads Guilty

According to dtwarren at SpeakupWNY:

I heard George Holt is going to plead guilty to a misdemeanor and restitution to settle the sales tax issue surrounding his diner.

UPDATE: WBEN reports that Holt pled guilty to two misdemeanor charges of filing false tax returns. He will pay restitution of $37,000 in back taxes for unpaid sales taxes, and probably get some sort of probation - no jail time.

In other news, Tom Bauerle is a hands-on kind of guy.
