Good Neighbor Blogs

David Torke sent an email linking to this blog out of Madison, Wisconsin. He says:

I just had to do my own blog-stalking thing. Ran into a lot of nice bloggers who know each other, and work together and link to each other in a communitarian scene that we haven’t quite managed in Madison yet.

I try to avoid posts about blogging-cum-phenomenon, but I was wondering about our “communitarian scene”. Is it unique?

Is it the cyber-version of Buffalo as a City of Good Neighbors?

For the most part, even when we disagree, we are generally civil to each other and continue to link and promote each other’s stuff.

If it is unique in that sense, I think that’s really cool.
